Question:
1. It has decreased since 1999 since the content might not be that popular anymore. As time goes on, radio becomes a saturated market with many different types of content available which can be more appeal and generalised. Hallam might be a nice radio channel where the content isn't as in demand.
2. Hallam isn't that well known, and neither are the presenters which means that they can't really expand to a larger audience if no one has heard of the presenters. Also, most people are choosing bluetooth as we progress into a society with more advanced technology, meaning that this niche radio station will be replaced by popular dongs bluetoothed straight to their headphones or car.
